Spirit lines up against Firebirds, Greyhounds in OHL pre-season.
SAGINAW, MI (Courtesy Saginaw Spirit) – The Saginaw Spirit, recently announced the schedule for its 2017 Exhibition season, in conjunction with the Ontario Hockey League.
The four-game exhibition season will consist of two home-and-home series’ with the Spirit’s West Division rivals Flint Firebirds and Soo Greyhounds.
The Exhibition season starts on Saturday, September 2nd when the Spirit host the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds at The Dow Event Center. The puck drops at 7:00 p.m. On Sunday, September 3rd the Spirit travel to the Soo for a 4:07 game at Essar Centre.
The Spirit play their other home tune-up game Friday, September 15th against their Coors Light I-75 Divide Rival, the Flint Firebirds. The pucks drops at 7:00 p.m. at The Dow Event Center.
Saturday September 16th, the Spirit will take on the Firebirds at Flint Iceland Arenas. The puck drops at 7:00 p.m. at the Firebirds practice facility.
