Blues invite 56 to Training Camp

The St. Louis Blues began preparations for the 2015-16 season on Saturday (Sept. 19) with 62 players on the ice, including 32 forwards, 17 defensemen, six goaltenders and seven other players on professional tryouts.

The players were divided into two groups scheduled to undergo practices and scrimmages on both Saturday and Sunday before preparing for its first pre-season-tests, a pair of split squad games against the Blue Jackets –one in Columbus and one at the Scottrade Center in St. Louis and both on Tuesday (Sept. 22).
