Bafia turns pro with KC Mavericks
Luke Bafia, a Florida native and graduate of Western Michigan Broncos will make his professional debut with the Kansas City Mavericks.
Bafia recorded 46 points (6g, 40a) and 102 PIM over four seasons with the Broncos.
Before that he played his junior hockey with the USHL’s Green Bay Gamblers and the Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees of the NAHL.
The Mavericks play in the ECHL’s Mountain Division and will likely start the regular season in October. The league schedule is still to be released.
