Rush announces pre-season roster
The Rapid City Rush, East Coast Hockey League affiliate of the Arizona Coyotes and Sprinfield Falcons, announced Friday (Oct. 2) the roster set to begin the 2015-16 pre-season camp which will start Oct. 5 at the Premier Home Mortgage Ice Arena.
Listed below are players already committed to begin the pre-season with the Rush.
Forwards – Winston Day Chief, Chris Ciotti, Spencer Pommells, Mikhail Stefanovich, Mike Driscoll, Jimmy Bonneau, Destry Straight, Scott Brannon.
Defense – Nolan Descoteaux, Dallas Erhardt, Jonathan Narbonne, Brett Kostolansky, Michael Young, Brian O’Rourke, Filip Bjork, Jeremy Gates, Kirill Tulupov.
Goaltenders – Nic Riopel, Danny Battochio.
Three forwards under contract to the Rush — Daniel Barczuk, Cody Ferriero adn Kale Kerbashian are currently in camp with the American Hockey League affiliate Springfield Falcons and Zach Cohen is in camp with the Chicago Wolves.
The Rush will begin practices on Monday (Oct 5) with a team scrimmage on Oct. 7 and pre-season exhibition games at Colorado Eagles Oct. 9 and home against the same Eagles the following night. The team will open the ECHL regular season with games at Boise against the Idaho Steelheads Oct. 16-17 and it will be the Eagles in town again for the team’s home opener on Oct. 23.
