Blues sign and return Dunn to Ice Dogs

The St. Louis Blues reassigned its top pick from the 2015 NHL Entry Draft to his junior team and later rewarded him with a Three Year Entry Level contract.

Vince Dunn, an 18-year-old, 6’0,” 187 lbs. defenseman from Peterborough, ON was Selected in the Second Round (56th Overall) in the 2015 NHL Entry Draft after collecting 56 points (18g, 38a) and 59 penalty minutes in 69 games with the Niagara Ice Dogs, a 23 point improvement from the previous season.

A day after returning him to the OHL the Blues signed their prospect the a three year entry level contract, securing him in the organization.

Dunn will likely be a part of the Canadian team that looks to defend its title at the World Junior Hockey Championships at Helsinki in December
